7 new retailers and eateries sign on for Lake Nona Landing shopping center

Construction is happening up and down Narcoossee Road in Lake Nona, and Tavistock Development Co. LLC just announced seven tenants going into the Lake Nona Landing shopping center, which is also currently under construction.

These new tenants include: Chili’s Grill & Bar, PDQ, Pollo Tropical, Lee Nails & Spa, Dunkin Donuts, AT&T, and Sports Clips.

Lake Nona Landing will feature 467,369 square feet on 53 acres on Narcoossee Road south of State Road 417, anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, Lowe’s home improvement store and Sam’s Club with an associated fuel station.

It brings a much-requested shopping and dining element to Lake Nona, a southeast Orlando community that already boasts more than 10,000 residents, 7,000 students in its schools and nearly 5,000 employees in the 600-acre Medical City life sciences hub.
